End User License Agreement

By downloading or using MultiOpen ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Agreement to terms

By downloading or using MultiOpen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

David Hruts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

The App offers a yearly auto-renewable subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase that unlock premium features.

• Options and prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• There are no refunds for the unused portion of an active subscription period.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, modify, or distribute the App;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• remove any proprietary notices from the App.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
